Join us Wednesdays at Arabesque World Dance as we celebrate life by feeling wonderfully relaxed and rejuvenated!Flow in to the rest of your week after joining Safiya for a delightful vinyasa flow, deep stretch, and meditation class from 7:45 to 9:00 PM.
Each Class will include breathing meditation, a gentle Vinyasa flow, and deep stretching and strengthening poses, ending with a relaxing Savasana.
Everything is guided for beginners to easily follow.
No experience needed
Cost is $20+Tax drop in fee, you can also use a Punch Card or Month Unlimited Pass!
