Webinar on Responsibly Sourced Coffees and Drinking Coffee with a Good Cause
About this Event

This World Environment Day, join us virtually from TEC Community Singapore in partnership with Saucybean and Food From The Heart to discover how endorsing and drinking ethically sourced coffees can be a force for social change.

Did you know that the coffee in our TEC Singapore Barista Bars is all from Saucybean? In turn, Saucybean donates 25% of the profits generated from the coffee beans purchased by our Barista Bars to Food From The Heart (TEC Singapore's selected NGO partner), which focuses on bridging the gap between food wastage and hunger.

All this means is that by simply enjoying a cup of fresh coffee from our Executive Centres in Singapore, you are creating a positive force for change in the world, sip by sip.

Join us in this exclusive webinar to discover more about the organisations involved in this TEC Sustainability initiative and see how your actions are making changes.

Speaker Introductions

Alex Clark - Founder, Saucybean. Formerly of the corporate world, Alex's inception of SaucyBean stems from his desire to live with greater purpose, kindness, and regard for the world. As much the result of a personal journey as it is the attempt to help with a collective one, SaucyBean forms part of Alex’s attempt in answering the above, taking an every day act that millions of us enjoy —sipping on a great cup of coffee— and infusing it with a fresh perspective by giving back to the people, environment, and world in which we reside.

Jesviinder MS Kaur - Senior Manager, Fundraising, CSR & Sponsorship, Food from the Heart. Jesvinder holds a position with key responsibilities including donor relations, acknowledgement as well as procuring funding for programs and operational costs through fundraising strategies and events. She began her career in fundraising for the charity sector at AWARE, Singapore’s leading gender equality advocacy group and developed strong passion on championing for Women's rights and in particular outspoken about difficulties of a single parent.
