Ignite your tastebuds with our braai course. Think grilled antipasti with a spicy harissa hummus dip. Then, succulent chicken espetada served with a pumpkin flatbread and refreshing cucumber salad. Next, almond and herb stuffed trout, roasted mint and yoghurt deboned leg of lamb, or a boerie roll with ushatini relish to fill any gaps. Keep some space for mouth-watering sides – mealie and wild greens bread, charred corn, grilled greens and more. For dessert, we present banana split served with dark chocolate and toasted pistachio – all on the braai. Ticket prices are per person and drinks are included.
