Weaving Your Tapestry: Soundbath & Meditation Weaving, the archetypal action of intertwining threads, becomes a metaphor for how we bring together the many threads of our hearts, souls, and passions to weave a rich tapestry of life. Life is like a tapestry, woven by unseen hands. Each thread represents a moment or experience, contributing to the beauty of our existence.
This guided meditation is all about integrating physical and spiritual aspects of transformation within our mind, body and soul. Together, we’ll embrace the tapestry of life and use sound healing as a means to accept and move through various emotions as we remember our resilience and continue weave our own tale.

About the facilitators:
With over a decade of immersion in Herbalism, Nutrition, Astrology and energetic wellness, Hannah's expertise has been cultivated through collaborations with esteemed herbalists, astrologers and energetic practitioners. Hannah is a Reiki Master and offers a rich tapestry of knowledge and experience. Through coaching, classes, energetic balancing, and the formulation of herbal remedies, she has honed her skills and wisdom to educate and empower individuals on their unique integrative journeys.
Kelsey Elledge of Soulfully_Sound is a Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master, sound healing facilitator and certified kundalini yoga instructor. She’s been facilitating sound baths for the general public since 2022 and is incredibly passionate about sharing curated sound experiences as a way to go inward. Sound has been instrumental in her own inner journey of unraveling and reigniting the sacred light within.
