Weaving Intentions

What is important to you? What thought do you want to hold sacred right in this moment? This class uses the practical art of weaving to create a physical totem. Keep this cherished intention present in your life by keeping it right at your finger-tips. 

We will start with some gentle movement and breathing, followed by a brief meditation and healing sound bath with gong and chimes. This practice will open up the space to explore what arises from your heart. You will then weave this thought into a small cloth to ground your intention in your life. 

Inspire yourself, preserve a healing thought for a friend, or celebrate a shared joy by commemorating it in this special way.

All levels are welcome! Come dressed comfortably with open-hearted curiosity as you will explore the timeless art of weaving and yoga. All materials will be provided. Light refreshments will be served.
