Weaving Community Connection

Community Weaving is a project that started in September 2023. The intention is to bring together like-minded individuals and families to create space for healing and connection through sacred circle, shared support and authentic relating.

The day of Weaving Community Connection is a free event for the individuals who want to build COMMUNITY around them with soul family.

With the support of the Small Neighbourhood Grant, donations from local partners and leaders in the community, we’ve been able to call together this entire event that is a special place to celebrate, ask important questions and dive into how we can overcome isolation, separation and come together in unity.

What you can expect:

Soul talks by inspiring community leaders

Time and space to connect to like-minded individuals

A safe space for you to share, release and celebrate Intentional movement, song circle and a sound bath

Herbal tea provided by the London Creative

A fully catered lunch donated by local farmers and prepared by our incredible volunteers

A special processional walk into nature to complete our day together

What you need to bring:

A journal and pen

Water bottle

An open heart and mind!

Comfortable clothing and layers

Doors will open at 9:30, we will begin at 10am. Please make sure you come at least 10minutes early to find your spot and settle in.

About our location: The London Creative is an apothecary lounge that's dedicated to supporting local music, art, community and holistic health. They have a full range of loose leaf teas you can purchase, a cozy curated space with vintage finds and a full menu of herbal elixirs to choose from!

This event is free for the community 💓 thanks to the Neighbourhood Small Grant! That in mind, when grabbing your seat, please ensure that you are committed to coming. We have limited space available and want to ensure that we fill the space with everyone who is meant to be there.

This event is a safe inclusive space, open to all. Nursing mamas and babies in arms are welcome and children who are old enough to sit through the day and who would benefit from being there are also welcome!
