Weaving the Canopy: Rooted Threads, Shared Stories
You are warmly invited to sit in circle and weave with us under the spirit of the canopy, bringing your stories, your hands and your heart.
Join us for an afternoon of weaving and storytelling, not just with our hands but with memory, presence and story. This gentle and grounding gathering brings people together through creativity, story and connection. You will learn to weave onto a forked stick using simple natural fibres, a symbolic act that invites you to connect with your own roots, heritage and sense of belonging.
During the circle you are also invited, if you feel called, to share something of your own cultural story, a tradition you hold, a journey your family has made, or a piece of wisdom you carry. Some participants may offer a poem, a song, a moment of silence, or a heartfelt truth. Each person is witnessed with care and honoured with a shared affirmation from the group. Together we create a living canopy of woven stories, each stick a unique expression of memory, meaning and presence.
All materials are provided. No weaving experience is needed. Come as you are. All cultures, all voices and all stories are welcome.

Daniella Hogarth
Daniella Hogarth guides women to reconnect with their true selves through nature, craft, and the empowering Wild Woman archetype. A published author and energetic body practitioner, she specialises in trauma release, psychic development and gut health. After eight years of cold water swimming and overcoming her fear of the sea, she helps others transform fears into strengths through nature based learning, self enquiry and spiritual growth.
Her journey to a fulfilling life began with overcoming chronic post natal depression, obesity, addictions and other health challenges. Now 22 kilos lighter, medication free and thriving, she embraces a gut healthy, spiritually connected lifestyle with her family. Daniella has been leading womens circles, wellbeing workshops and storytelling events for over a decade, drawing on her Italian heritage, lifelong love of craft and inclusive, culturally informed approach.
