If you’re curious about the world’s oldest culture and love creating, then ‘Weave and Yarn’ is for you. This weaving workshop, held under the glorious old pepper tree at Elliott’s, provides a safe and relaxed space to learn, connect and reflect while exploring the beauty of the world’s oldest living culture. Participants are invited to experience the practice of traditional weaving while gaining cultural insights in a meaningful and engaging way.
We invite you to connect, learn an ancient practice, and ask those questions you’ve always wanted to, but never had the chance in this fun and informal 45 minute introduction to weaving circle.
Children are welcome to join with parents or carers. Weave and Yarn is great for families and groups of friends as well as individuals. Everyone is welcome!
