Join us in store for a night of poetry readings with eight wonderful, local writers. The theme for the night is "weather," be it of the emotional sort or environmental, changes of temperament or temperature. However one may interpret that.
This event is free, but we ask that you please RSVP on TicketSource, as space is limited. Masks will be required and provided for free at the door.

ABOUT THE WRITERS
Maria Caltabiano was born in Italy. She graduated from Concordia University and was an editor at the CBC. Drawing Daybreak, (Guernica Editons, 2021) is her first poetry collection.
Brian Campbell (Montreal poet/singer-songwriter/editor/translator) is the author of several collections including Shimmer Report and Passenger Flight. His albums and singles can be found via www.campbellmuse.com.
Kelly Norah Drukker is the author of Small Fires (poetry), translated into French as Petits feux. Her poems and lyric essays have appeared in Canada and abroad.
Jan Jorgensen is the founder and co-host of the Lawn Chair Soirée. Her forthcoming volume of poems is called Birthing Godde.
Connie Guzzo McParland is the author of two novels, The Girls of Piazza D’amore, The Women of Saturn and the biography, An opera in 3 Acts.
Jerome Ramcharitar is an award-winning poet whose books include The Wrong Poem as well as The Riddle of Three Crimson Doors.
Cora Siré is the author of two novels, a collection of stories, and two poetry collections. Her work has appeared in magazines and anthologies in Canada, the US, Mexico, and Europe.
Caroline Vu is the author of 3 novels. Palawan Story won the 2016 Fred Kerner Prize. Catinat Boulevard was a finalist for the 2023 Hugh McLennan Prize.
