Svenja, a Brisbane-based textile artist, has made a significant impact in the World of Wearable Art (WOW) competition, with 12 accepted entries from 2008 to 2019, garnering 6 awards, including the International Award for Australia and the South Pacific in 2014. Her accolades also include the Major Award in paper on skin in 2018 and recognition in the Wearable Art Mandurah. In 2023, she showcased her work at the POSE festival in Townsville.
