About this Event
Camp dates: Monday, June 3rd- Friday, June 7th, 2024
Discover the transformative power of computational thinking in computer science! During these 5 half days, we will use wearable technology that combines music, performance, and play to explore STEAM concepts such as algorithms, pattern recognition, programming, and much more. Through hands-on activities, 6th through 9th grade students will develop essential problem-solving and computational thinking skills. Join us and unleash your potential to think, create, and innovate!

This is an inclusive summer camp. Students who self-identify as neurodivergent (who think, learn, communicate, and interact in ways that are not usually supported in schools) are especially encouraged to apply. Contact [email protected] with any questions about the inclusive measures taken for this camp.
Not only is this camp free, thanks to an NSF Computer Science for All grant (#2122924), but neurodivergent students who complete the 5 day camp, could be eligible for a full sponsorship to attend a Digital Culture Summer Institute Camp session (June 10-21), a $200 value. See Digital Culture Summer Institute Camp session options here: Digital Culture Summer Institute (asu.edu)
