WeaponUp: The Awakening

Something powerful is coming.

Step into the sunlit Glassbox at Miami Ironside and into the movement that feels equal parts art and power. WeaponUp, the original sword-yoga fusion—where vinyasa yoga meets the kung fu straight sword is hosting its very first pop-up and brand activation. This event is a true dedication to our community: the graceful warriors who’ve been training with us online and are ready to meet the movement—and each other—in real life!

We begin at 10:00 AM with a signature WeaponUp session built for all levels. Sabina will teach a beautiful beginner friendly sword yoga flow which will leave you feeling unmistakably strong and powerful. After class, linger for a high-tea inspired brunch styled in our signature black-and-white colors—delicate bites, refreshing sips, and easy conversation as we bask in that post-practice glow.

What You Can Expect:

9:45 AM – Doors open & check-in

10:00 AM –10:50 AM – Signature WeaponUp session

10:50 AM –11:00 AM – Cooldown and group chat

11:00 AM –11:15 AM – Post-session treats/goodies & community mingle

11:15 AM–12:15 PM – High-tea inspired brunch

12:15 AM –12:30 PM – Community hugs & goodbyes

We’ve got you covered: yoga mats provided, and practice swords will be available as loaners. To match the setting, we invite everyone to wear their best black or white outfits—let the room become a living edit of edge and elegance.
