(Phase) Weak Points (perfecting every muscle’s ability to perform and stand out); We’ll combine fitness model training, powerlifting and 2 fat shred days in order to create a perfect balance of looking awesome and being incredibly balanced physically.
This phase is 4 weeks. The 4 weeks will be progressive, meaning each week will be slightly more advanced than the last.
The weak points phase is a very complete phase that is more about mastering and evolving each muscle group and its primary exercise movement than any of the other phases to date. We'll combine fitness model training, powerlifting and 2 fat shred days in order to create a perfect balance of looking awesome and being incredibly balanced physically. This phase will advance you very quickly! The typical workout week for this phase is broken down below:
• 5 days a week will have a lot of aesthetic perfecting movements (lots of fast pace weight lifting and repetitive - not boring I promise)
• 2 days a week will be total body fat shred days solely devoted to shredding fat off your body (similar to rush week). You will still be losing fat on the other days as well. Come as many days as you can.
• 1 day will be devoted to powerlifting (even if you don't care about it you need to do it because it helps your pituitary gland fire off fat burning and muscle building hormones)
It’s a bit more repetitive than some of the other phases, but the effectiveness of this program far outweighs any form of complaint someone may have I assure you!
