This Chroma Wellness Session will be a safer space for queer and trans community members to learn about and explore pathways to navigating trauma. The Session will be lead by AM Rausa, LCSW & Erin Moraga Raber, MT-BC of Cervitude Counseling.

Workshop will include:

Defining Trauma Discussion
Tools for navigating systems of care
Group-based music therapy activity
