We Listen & We Don’t Judge: Are We the New Adults?
Support Group | Ages 18–25
Adulting is… a lot.
Bills, boundaries, burnout, relationships, identity shifts, and the quiet pressure to “have it together” before you actually feel ready.
We Listen & We Don’t Judge: Are We the New Adults? is a supportive group space for young adults navigating the messy in-between stage of life—where you’re technically an adult, but still figuring out who you are, what you want, and how to manage it all.
What This Group Is
- A judgment-free space to talk honestly
- Peer support with guided discussion
- A place where you don’t have to explain or perform adulthood
What We’ll Talk About
- Feeling behind or unsure about life direction
- Family expectations vs. your own needs
- Relationships, boundaries, and communication
- Anxiety, stress, burnout, and self-doubt
- Identity, independence, and “Who am I now?” moments
What to Expect
- Facilitated by a mental health professional
- Confidential, respectful, and affirming environment
- Come as you are—no pressure to share more than you want
This group is for you if you’ve ever thought:
“Why does this feel harder than I expected?”
“Am I doing adulthood wrong?”
“I just want to talk to people who get it.”
You’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.
