About this Event
We'll be hiking the Rocks trail at First State National Historical Park which is a 2.5 mile trail on the Northern end of Wilmington DE. This is a moderate hike with beautiful views at the top. We welcome all fitness levels to join us; the goal is to enjoy the journey, we are never in a race!
Once we reach the Horse Pasture, we'll plan to take a break to catch our breath, enjoy the view and do a little gratitude journaling!

Parking: Lot available across from the Ramsey fram entrace. If the lot is full, we are able to park on Ramsey Farm land. (we encourage carpooling or public transportation)

Restroom Facilities: Port-o-potties available at Ramsey Farm
What you will need for this hike:
- Plenty of water to drink! (we recommend at least 1-3 liters)
- Sunblock and/or hat to protect you from the sun
- Comfortable hiking shoes/boots or trail sneakers
- Comfortable moisture wicking clothing - workout clothes work just fine!
- A daypack/backpack to carry all your items
- A towel to sit on if you're uncomfortable sitting on the ground
- Your journal and a pen
