About this Event

We will be building communtiy in the spirit of Thanksginving and Gratitude with each other as we explore the Tranquil Trail trail at High Falls State Park in Jackson, GA which is a 2.4 mile trail just 50 miles Southwest of Atlanta's City Center.

This is a moderate level rated hike with beautiful views through Georgia Forests Towalinga River.
We welcome all fitness levels to join us; the goal is to enjoy the journey, we are never in a race!

We'll plan to open with some introductions to each other and the land and lay some quick ground rules for our adventure together. You will then have the opportunity to participate in some grounding meditation exercises, some guided discussion questions, as well as geting to know your other WH2H friends, and do a little journaling as well. We'll take periodic breaks to catch our breath and enjoy the views along the way too.
As always your level of participation in the exercises is completely up to you and only with your consent, however I gently invite you to be open to the process and you will get as much out of this as you are willing to put in.
I'm looking forward to seeing you soon!
