Special Topic Cafes: 1st Friday of every month is Babywearing Week! 11 am - 12:30 pm, drop-in.
Our Peer-volunteers Charlene and/or Meggan come on the first Friday of each month to share their expertise (subject to change).
They are available to answer questions, give instruction, and provide virtual hands on help.
Please have your carrier(s) ready if you would like a virtual fit check.
As always, Breastfeeding/chestfeeding support will still be available.

- Weekly group discussions led by the participant's questions. Sometimes focused topics are presented or we have guest speakers. Everyone welcome.
- Family-friendly social space provided for those interested in human milk and infant feeding.
- Group conversation and one-to-one breast milk feeding / chestfeeding support available.
- Drop-in anytime 11 am - 12:30 pm. *If feeding support is needed, please attempt to arrive by 11:45 am!
- Babywearing help & presentation available the first Friday of every month (subject to change).
- Breast & Chest Massage teaching the third Friday of each month (subject to change).
*Attending cafes while still pregnant is highly recommended!*
- Call, email, use registration link above, or drop-in to café to be paired with a trained Peer Support Volunteer for support or sharing feeding / parenting conversations.
