WE ARE WOMAN HEAR US ROAR is the Ultimate Tribute Show to the pioneering female vocalists of the 60s & 70s, featuring the Australian based critically acclaimed international singer, Melissa Jubb along with her 7 piece big all star band. Come and hear them perform the classic hits from some of the iconic female vocalists of the 60s & 70s. Including, Aretha Franklin, Tina Turner, Patti Smith, Carly Simon, Marianne Faithfull, Suzi Quatro, Carole King, Cher, Kate Bush, Donna Summer, Jefferson Airplane, Helen Reddy and many more. The show also includes a special tribute to the late great JANIS JOPLIN in a huge 2 hour plus show that is not to be missed.
Melissa Jubb is mostly noted for her critically acclaimed portrayal of Janis Joplin in ‘FULL TILT JANIS’ the ultimate Janis Joplin Tribute Show, that has performed to enthusiastic audiences at multiple Australian & European venues & festivals, including highlighted performances at both Australian & Edinburgh Fringe Festivals.
