Following the third anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, join the Buffett Institute and Northwestern University's Ukrainian Club, a student organization affiliated with the Buffett Institute, for a screening of WE ARE U, a documentary sharing the stories of five young people from different corners of Ukraine throughout the ongoing war.
WE ARE U is a documentary sharing the stories of five young people from different corners of Ukraine throughout the ongoing war. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, the students embarked on projects designed to make a difference in their communities. Among the students featured is Northwestern first-year undergraduate Myroslava Trofymchuk, who will engage in a short audience Q&A after the film screening.
WE ARE U was produced by the savED Foundation, an organization seeking to restore access to education in Ukraine in war-torn communities.
