We Are the Resistance - Album Listening Party
Join the Staten Island 4 Palestine community in celebrating the release of liberation album 'We Are the Resistance’, by local musician, social media creator, and organizer, Leila Hegazy. After going viral on social media with her pro-Palestine covers of popular songs, Leila is excited to present her full length album, which includes her most well-known covers, as well as original songs that speak to collective liberation. Through song and discussion, listeners are invited to imagine an end to the occupation of Palestine, and all sources of oppression worldwide. All proceeds for this album benefit the Palestine Children's Relief Fund.
