This Month, we our special guests will be representatives of Remembering Black Dallas, a group that focuses on preservation of African American Culture and Heritage in the City of Dallas. We are excited to talk about their projects and how they overlap into the Deep Ellum neighborhood. Please join us for this exiting event!

Join us on the Second Floor Flex Space of the Deep Ellum Community Center for a meetup for the Deep Ellum History Archive.
Meet with like minded history lovers and discuss our lost and found history, give oral testimony, bring your own ephemera and artifacts to be documented and added to the Deep Ellum Archive in the Dallas Public Library Historical Archives.
Let's document our history!
Aside from this month (as a special presentation, we will continue to meet on the 3rd Thursday from 6 to 8pm, we will meet at the Deep Ellum Community Center to recap and show our latest donations, discuss history topic of interest, gather information and discover what we can about our neighborhood's history. We will have light snacks and non-alcoholic refreshments as well as the galleries and main exhibit in the Deep Ellum Community Center to explore.
