Join us at HOST on Howard for a Lunar New Year celebration! Leiti Hsu, performance and food artist, will co-host alongside renowned American sound artist Christine Sun Kim, ahead of Christine's new solo show “All Day All Night” opening Feb 8th at The Whitney.
Leiti will serve up her signature “art of the pleasure of connection” paired with drinks and bites evoking childhood memories, all grown up.
ABOUT THE HOSTS
Native ASL speaker and American sound artist, Christine Sun Kim's works consider how sound operates in society predominantly through drawing, performance and video. Her show "All Day All Night" will be opening at The Whitney on February 8th.
Leiti Hsu, as seen in the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal, is interested in the art of the pleasure of connection—specifically through food & beverage. Her company, Word of Mouth, has explored this through writing, podcasting and presently through experiences.
