A Gentle Morning of Sound & Reflection ✨Join me for an intimate women’s circle, followed by a soothing sound bath and then time to reflect with herbal teas and nourishing snacks in my home studio.
This session is created especially for women only as a safe space to be heard, be honoured and be held by one another.
Please wear something comfortable; everything else is provided. There are thick padded mats, blankets, meditation cushions & eye masks.
Kindly note that my studio is on the second floor, requiring access via two flights of Victorian stairs. I do have two recliners if needed for anyone struggling to get up and down from the floor so please ask me.
Parking is free outside on a Sunday although this is a residential area so maybe limited. Otherwise parking is available at the leisure centre or the adjacent roads (The Connery, Titchfield Rd, Palmer Avenue)
Nearest bus stop is Titchfield Rd, two minutes away or Tram stop 5 minutes away.
£20 per person. Max 8 spaces
