About This Workshop:
Across this two-hour journey, you will be guided through meditation, breath, and inner visualization while immersed in a live soundscape woven in real time from crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, ocean wave drum, and subtle vocal tones—used intuitively and without performance. Whether through om-ing, toning, chanting, or breath, Ashley’s voice may spontaneously and intuitively arise as part of the vibrational field to support calibration, and energetic transmission.
Throughout the session, participants may receive one-on-one moments of attuned touch or near-field energy work, guided in real time by Ashley’s intuitive read of your body and field. These calibrations may include the placement of hands on the body/working just above it, along with vibrational tools such as tuning forks or singing bowls. Every contact is offered with consent, professionalism, and deep presence—never performed, always attuned
About your instructor Ashley:
Ashley is a multidimensional healer, divine embodiment guide, and master energy alchemist who blends ancient esoteric truths with embodied wisdom, vibrational precision and masterful energetic calibration. Her work draws from over 20 certifications spanning Pranic Healing®, energy medicine, meditation, pranayama, Yoga Nidra, vibrational therapy—and formal training as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200).
