Join WCREW for an engaging, guided walking tour through Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward—one of the city’s most vibrant and evolving commercial districts.
This 1-mile, 90-minute tour will explore the neighborhood’s transformation from its early Irish and Italian immigrant roots, through the devastating Great Fire, to its revival as a bustling district of warehouses, boutiques, condos, public spaces, and commercial development.
Highlights include:
- Key redevelopment milestones from the 1950s–1990s
- Historic architecture and adaptive reuse
- Current and upcoming real estate projects shaping the Third Ward today
