Come join us as we relax, rejuvenate, & restore our minds, bodies and souls with a 60 minute Yoga and Meditation session with Aria Morgan.

Benninger Yoga - easy for all

You can expect a well-rounded , all-over body stretching sequence where the movements are slow, controlled and relaxing. Breath practices alongside meditation and physical postural movements.

All attendees with purchase of a ticket will receive a yoga mat and a goodie bag.

Yoga Session: 4:30pm-5:30pm

Networking: 5:30pm-6:00pm
