Now this is not to be missed! Please join the Wakefield Concert Band under the moon for our first-ever performance at South Kingstown Town Beach. We couldn't be more excited for this show and are grateful for all of those who are helping us to put together a magical night of music by the sea.In addition to the meticulously performed hits you've come to know and love from the WCB Summer Concert Series, we'll be breaking out "Classical Gas" for the special occasion, joined by beloved member of the local music community, guitar impresario, and owner of Wakefield Music, Dennis Costa. PLUS, we'll have performances by both the WCB Flute Choir and the Dixieland Ramblers, a musical instrument petting zoo, and a rousing rendition of the '1812 Overture' that will have local fire officials on standby. Truly something for everyone!
We usually say bring a chair and bring a friend, but for this one, bring all your friends and bring all your chairs. Even go ahead and ask your friends to bring all their friends and all of their friends' chairs. It's going to be a magical night and all the more magical if you're there to celebrate it with us!
