About this event… THANK YOU for your interest in participating as a Vendor at the 5th Annual Women Business Leaders and Entrepreneur Pageant (WBLEP) 2022, in City Beautiful Orlando!
WBLEP is one of the fastest growing business pageant in the industry. Come join in the excitement as we Crown 4 Beautiful women in business at the Magnificent Renaissance Hotel Orlando Airport. Vendor tables and sponsorships give you the opportunity to put your service or product in front of our specific target group of women in business, parents, families and budding entrepreneurs. There are a limited number of exhibitor spaces from Thursday through Saturday. Vendor spaces will be located in our direct event location allowing direct access to shoppers. Location is based on a first-come, first served basis.
Please select the how you want to participate in the WBLEP Vendor event via your ticket selection. You can select a single day (or multiple single days) or participate during the entire event. Please check the list below for availability before making your payment. In the event of duplicates, the vendor who purchased their spot first will get priority and your payment will be refunded. We DO NOT accept multiple vendors from the same company, on the same day (ex: 2 different Avon vendors).

Your payment constitutes your agreement to the following terms and conditions with Women Business Leaders and Entrepreneur Pageant (WBLEP)…
After you purchase your spot you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite immediately. If there is a problem with your registration, I will personally contact you within 2-3 days. Two weeks before the event you will be sent a detailed email about vendor set-up, and any other important information.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Women Business Leaders and Entrepreneur Pageant (WBLEP) Rights and Responsibilities:
?WBLEP will provide the vendor with the designated space rental; for the Pageant event.
?WBLEP provides a vendor space area that is either 8x8 or large enough for a 6ft table and 2 chairs, provided by WBLEP. Only two vendor representatives are allowed at your booth at any given time.
?WBLEP will only allow distribution of marketing materials that are appropriate for this type of event.
?WBLEP will allow you to hand out said marketing materials ONLY at your table. You will not be permitted to leave your materials anywhere else in the event or venue.
?WBLEP is providing you with space to promote your business. Soliciting WBLEP guests or delegates for recruitment is strictly prohibited…(even with offers of free signups and the like). Solicitation will result in forfeiture of your vendor space.
?WBLEP reserves the right to provide a diversified group of vendors. In the event of duplicates, the vendor who purchased their spot first will get priority and duplicates payment will be refunded.
?WBLEP Reserves the right to turn away any vendor that does not comply with these rules.
???All Sales Are FINAL! NO REFUNDS!???
Participating Vendor Rights and Responsibilities:
??The Vendor agrees that no children shall be left unattended at anytime during the event.
??The Vendor also agrees that no music will be played at their vendor table without permission from WBLEP. Additionally, food or beverage samples or sales MUST be pre-approved by WBLEP.
??The Vendor has the right to sell any family oriented merchandise associated with his/her company ONLY. The Vendor is responsible for all taxes that may be applicable and will abide by all Tax laws.
??The Vendor is responsible for taking payment for all their own sales. This includes having needed cash for change and/or credit card merchant accounts & equipment.
??The vendor understands that Women Business Leaders and Entrepreneur Pageant (WBLEP), EnhanceU Enterprises, LLC, Renaissance Hotel, and its participants are not responsible for any missing items and Vendor will hold Women Business Leaders and Entrepreneur Pageant (WBLEP), EnhanceU Enterprises, LLC, Renaissance Hotel, and its participants harmless for any material damages, faulty products or any other direct customer care custody or concerns.
??Event Vendors are required to provide a Certificate of General Liability Insurance with EnhanceU Enterprises, LLC and Renaissance Hotel, listed as the insured for the conduct of the sanctioned event. However, if this is not provided after purchase of the vendor booth through Eventbrite, vendors will automatically waive proof of General Liability insurance, which in doing so waives Women Business Leaders and Entrepreneur Pageant (WBLEP), EnhanceU Enterprises, LLC, Renaissance Hotel, and its participants of any damages, injuries and or death incurred due to Event Vendor and agree to hold Women Business Leaders and Entrepreneur Pageant (WBLEP), EnhanceU Enterprises, LLC, Renaissance Hotel, and its participants harmless.
