WBC x Campus Care: Bubble Tea & Balance

Sip your way into self-care! Join the Wellbeing Club for an hour and a half of bubble tea, laughter, and light reflection as we explore Te Whare Tapa Whā, the Māori model of wellbeing. With guidance from Molly Blanchard (Campus Care), you’ll build your own whare (house) of wellbeing and reflect on how each pillar (taha tinana, taha hinengaro, taha whānau, taha wairua) connects to your life as a student.
