The December session will be DEVELOPING TALENTS INTO STRENGTHS. This will occur after you pull out your results or take the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment so you can fully identify with your talent themes and understand how you see then in action. You can learn how to use strengths productively, as well as refine them. If you have already taken the assessment in the past, no need to take it again, as they tend not to change.

Gallup would suggest that those using strengths every day have some significant advantages. They are more likely to be engaged at work. They are more productive in their role. They are likely to have an excellent quality of life. They do what they do best every day. Nearly 7 out of 10 employees who say their manager focuses on their strengths are engaged. Gallup research proves that focusing on Clifton Strengths is essential to creating an exceptional culture. That's why more than 90% of the Fortune 500 companies use Clifton Strengths.
Cindy Biggs, CPCC, ACC, is a certified co-active coach and leadership development specialist who started working with strengths based leadership when she took over as VP, Integration and Innovation of a new, women led organization created out of a five way merger, as a way to get to know leaders and what strengths they brought to the table in their new organization. Her team used it to make decisions about who would be supervisors, who would be fundraisers, what strengths we were lacking on a team, etc. When she decided to start her own business, she turned to her top strengths to determine what she would be doing in her business. She still uses it with every professional coaching client to help them move forward in their life and career. She loves StrengthsFinder, and finds it hard to retire fully when you love the work that you do and you live your best life using strengths.
