New Administrator Calibration Refresher (In-Person Delivery) - 2022 Framework for Teaching - September 2-3
Designed for school leaders, as well as those who want to build their observation and feedback skills, this training will prepare participants to support a culture of adult learning and growth in schools. Participants will develop a deeper understanding of the Framework’s components and rubrics, practice aligning evidence to the rubrics, and discuss how biases can impact observations of teaching practices. Ways to hold growth-focused conversations with teachers will be shared and discussed.
