Wayapa Wuurrk (Wayapa = “connect”, Wuurrk = “Earth”) is an Indigenous wellness practice that blends ancient wisdom, narrative meditation, visualisation and gentle movement to create a strong sense of belonging and balance. Rooted in Aboriginal culture, Wayapa encourages a deeper relationship with the land while nourishing mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
This experience is perfect for anyone seeking to:
