Q- is the venue wheelchair accessible?
A- YES. there is a wheelchair accessible entrance, but please email or message Haus.of.moon on instagram if you will need to use it, as it is a fob-only entrance and we will need to give you access.
Q- is the washroom accessible?
A- YES. there is a gender-neutral single stall washroom with lots of room
Q- will there be strove?
A- NO. there will be no strobe lighting effects
Q- is there a bar?
A- YES. the bar will have a selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
Q- will there be food?
A- NO. there will be no food at this event
Q- where do I park?
A- The building has covered parking- entrance on Douglas St. You can park in any of the stalls, you can disregard the 24hr business signs. We have an agreement that this parking can be used for this event. Please ensure you do not park in the accessible stalls without a decal.
Q- there assigned seating?
A- NO. if you buy a seated ticket, you are guaranteed a seat but it is on a first-come-first-served basis. Some seats are folding chairs, and some are benches.
