-Italian food buffet catered by Comensoli's (spaghetti, meatballs, marinara sauce, fresh bread, antipasto spread - vegetarian friendly (12pm-1pm)
-Ravioli making class - includes nine total raviolis to take home (three different fillings) - vegetarian friendly (1pm-3pm)
-Demo of how to make pasta dough for ravioli and a brief history of the tradition
-Hands on workshop to make dough, fill/shape ravioli, and how to cook the finished product that you'll be taking home (sauce recipes will also be shared!)
-The buffet and ravioli that you take home all have vegetarian options
-Includes one full pour of Wax Wings beer
