Sign up for WAX Gyms second hybrid fitness race.You and a partner will take part in a circuit consisting of barbells, bodyweight work, kettle bells, tire flips, running and more.
Entry cost just £40 for a team of two.
On the day the organisers will split the racers into divisions, with the fastest teams winning prizes.
The race course is the same as the previous event.
Course Example:
50 Tire Flips - Run - 1km Ski - Run - 100 Burpees - Run - 1km Row- Run -100 BB Thrusters - Run - 200m Lunge - Run
