Why explore the voice through 5Rhythms? The voice is a body part like no other. It occupies a special place at the confluence of heart, mind, and body. When we sing openly, our hearts resonate together, and we feel connected and calmer.
This work combining 5R and the voice came through 5Rhythms teacher Eliezer Sobel. He taught exercises and structure of voice with dance in the 2010’s. With his blessing, Debby now shares this concept and some of his exercises with you, along those she has discovered through her own vocal studies.
