Waves of Light is a conscious community devoted to safe, sacred self-expression through music, movement, and play.
We gather in intentional, heart-centered space to explore ecstatic dance as a sacred pathway back into the body—to open the heart and awaken our deepest joy.
Here, movement becomes meditation, community becomes reflection, and every beat invites liberation.

Water teaches us how to move through life. Soft, yet powerful. Yielding, yet able to reshape stone.It feels deeply, remembers everything,and never resists its own nature.
As we move together as one community, we allow our bodies to become water— unifying our light, opening our hearts, and expanding our capacity for joy so we can safely and fully be ourselves.
