With over 2 decades of dance experience, Gloria has found her sacred work through the transformative maps of the 5Rhythms®. As a certified teacher, she teaches this movement practice with passion, clarity, inclusion, and a sense of mystical softness.

Minke de Vos, Senior Universal Healing Tao Instructor, draws from her extensive background in energy arts and her own soul journey. She has dedicated over 40 years to spiritual embodiment, teaching and healing work. She co-founded Silent Ground Retreats, for long–term, life-transforming programs.
