Welcome to my monthly Sound Healing Meditation sessions, bringing us together in the spacious Shafto Hall on the 3rd Wednesday each month.
If you are someone who struggles with constant chatter in your head.. then this is definitely going to help you switch off and allow yourself to immerse in soothing soundwaves of some beautiful therapeutic instruments...

Beginning with an opening ceremony allowing us to settle in and feel present.
My intention is to gently transition a person from their normal waking state of consciousness (beta) to a highly relaxed state of consciousness (alpha/theta).
In this relaxed state , a person’s own innate healing abilities should then be able to work more effectively in order to bring the person back into alignment.
The process can help to bring the person back into optimal vibration, offering many benefits to general health and wellbeing, both physically and emotionally.
(Thereaputic instruments include Gongs, Himalayan & Crystal Singing Bowls, Tingsha & Koshi Chimes, Buffulo and Framed Drums, Rattles & Rainstick and Rav Vast Handpan.)
N.B. Please bring your own mat/blanket, there are some available. Some people have been bringing a sleeping bag to feel more cosy in the big space. Feel free to bring what you need as we head into Autumn & Winter months.
Water bottle if needed.
Herbal tea will be provided.
