I am happy to say I will now be running my monthly Soundbaths from the Beamish Hall Hotel pictured above with it's wooden features, ornate ceilings and amazing acoustics! I'm sure you will love it as much as I do and look forward to sharing healing vibrations with you in this sanctuary of peace & calm.
Welcome to my monthly Sound Bath Meditation sessions, bringing us together in the spacious Shafto Hall on the 3rd Wednesday each month.

Refreshments & time to reflect & connect.
Please bring Mat, cushion and blanket. There are some spares availble. Water bottle if needed. Herbal tea will be provided. A great opportunity to maybe write in your journal or just take time to reflect 🙏
