Welcome to Waves and Wellness: A Community Event for Moms-to-Be. This event is hosted by Sarah and Dr. Victoria of Olive Branch Birth Doula and Seahaven Chiropractic. Join us for a morning of relaxation and connection with other expecting moms! This in-person event will be held at 951 N Atlantic Ave - Sapphire Park in NSB! Enjoy activities such as prenatal yoga, birth affirmation creative workshop, light snacks and mocktails, and more! Connect with other moms-to-be, share experiences, and build a supportive community. Treat yourself to a morning of self-care and wellness as you prepare for this exciting journey ahead. We can't wait to see you there!

Prenatal yoga class will be led by Holly Janda of Holly Janda Birth Support! We are SO excited to have her join us for this event!

All we ask is that you bring your own beach towel and water! We will provide everything else. :) Feel free to also bring a bathing suit since we will be at the beach.
