Course Speakers
John Austin – XRF Applications Specialist
Covers Energy-Dispersive XRF (ED-XRF), Wavelength-Dispersive XRF (WD-XRF), Micro-XRF for small spot analysis, and XRF sample preparation solutions.
John has over ten years of extensive laboratory experience of many XRF applications, such as within the aerospace industry, academia, waste management, RoSH, metals, ceramics, glasses, cements, fuels, oils, battery research, geology, jewellery, and let’s not forget about the weird and wonderful!
He also develops and validates methods from simple to complex, creates high-performance calibrations specific to the needs of the customer, and provide crucial support to our customers whenever they need it.
Konstantin Brendgens – FLUXANA GmbH
Founded in 2002, FLUXANA Delivers all types of accessories, such as cups, foils, chemicals and calibration standards, to the users of XRF. Additionally, FLUXANA offers a wide range of sample preparation equipment including fusion equipment, mills and presses.
