Thank you for your interest in the 2025 Wausau West Gridiron Craft/Vendor Show! This year's show will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Wausau West Fieldhouse.
Direct sale vendors: please email [email protected] to make sure there is an opening for your product before you register.
Vendor setup will be on Saturday morning from 7AM - 9 AM. Vendors with 3 or more booths will be provided with additional set-up time to be determined closer to the show.
Booth assignments will be sent in October. We will make an effort not to place similar vendors next to each other.

Your registration will be confirmed once payment is received and paid in full.
Registration will be confirmed on a first come, first paid basis. If payment is not received within 20 days of online registration, your registration will be cancelled.
Cancellation policy: Registrations are non-refundable after October 1, 2025
