We're so excited to kick off the fifth season of Watson Links in KC!
At Watson Links, we're championing on-course play and golf mentoring. Founded by 8-time major champion and KC native Tom Watson, Watson Links is offering casual, fun, on-course playing opportunities between May and August.
We see golf as more than just a game—it’s a chance to grow and give back. It’s a sport that brings people together, no matter their age, background, or skill level. Everyone should have the opportunity to play and share their love for the game!
Our initiatives are designed to help kids and teens develop positive life skills and a lifelong love of golf. Juniors are typically ages 10-18. They are junior golfers who may be members (or aspiring members) of high school teams, First Tee, PGA Jr League, and beyond. We help juniors develop confidence on the golf course through free, 9-hole rounds alongside caring, vetted mentors. Juniors must be ready to play on-course golf. Two juniors typically play alongside two mentors at various course settings around KC - all for free! Juniors must provide their own golf clubs.

New and returning junior golfers are invited to learn about our new exciting golf season at our Parent/Junior Open House on April 10 at GolfTRK. Stop by to learn how your junior golfer can benefit from a Watson Links golf mentor this summer.

A call for mentors! We need caring adults to play free, 9-hole rounds with our juniors golfers.
Looking for a fun way to give back to your community? Golf mentoring is a win-win-win: for parents, for mentors, for juniors! Young golfers benefit from having a positive role model on the course. As a golf mentor, we'll set you up for safety and success.
Our Mentor Meetup is April 17 at GolfTRK. But if that date doesn't work for mentors, they are welcome to join us at this event on April 10.
We rely on word of mouth to grow our participation.
