Splash into the new Girl Scout year with an overnight event at WaterWorks Park in Redding! Enjoy the day with seven water slides, a lazy lagoon, and a wave pool. Then dance the night away with a live DJ and sleep under the stars.
Saturday night check-in will be in order of the date of registration. Overnight gear must be left in vehicles until check-in has concluded, Saturday dinner is not included (food kitchen may be open at the park management's discretion). Ice chests and outside food will be allowed beginning at 6:00pm.
Fees:
$42/person: Early Bird Sunday-Only (ends August 6th, 2025)
$47/person: Sunday-only (August 7th through September 1st, 2025)
Fee Includes: Waterworks Park entry, breakfast and lunch on Sunday and a fun patch!
Note: This registration includes Saturday, September 6th overnight participation. If you would like to attend the day-only event on Sunday, September 7th, please register here: https://anc.apm.activecommunities.com/gsnorcal/activity/search/detail/600?onlineSiteId=0&from_original_cui=true. No tagalongs (no younger siblings, no non-members). This is not a drop-off program; groups/scouts must have adults registered for the program to meet the Girl Scout adult : youth ratio.
Cabana Rentals: Cabanas will be available on a first come first served basis, for cabana rentals, please contact Waterworks directly at 530-246-9550.
Payment Plan Option: An initial payment of 10% will be due at time of registration. This is recommended if you are applying for Financial Aid (see below). Payment in full will be due 30 days prior to the activity start date.
Financial Assistance: Financial Aid is available to GSNorCal youth for this program by filling out and submitting the Financial Aid Application. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. You will need to register with a Payment Plan (see above) in order to secure your spot in the program. If this is a barrier and you cannot submit registration with a payment plan, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Please note this may result in losing your secured space within the program.
