To wrap up WaterWeeks, LEPS is hosting a community tree planting event in conjunction with TD Tree Days. We are inviting community members to join us to install trees and shrubs to improve biodiversity in this neighbourhood park.Event starts at 10am with an introduction and continues until 12pm, or until all plants have been installed (this could be earlier based on number of participants and how quickly the plants are installed).
All equipment is provided, please dress for the weather, wear sturdy waterproof footwear and prepare to get a little dirty! Individuals and groups of all ages are welcome to participate!
