Fun, safe trick-or-treating for kids of all ages (plan on 1000 kids)
Creative decorated trunks
Costumes encouraged!

Thank you for joining us for this year's Trunk or Treat!
To help ensure a safe, family-friendly,
and enjoyable event for all participants, please review and follow these rules:
1. Family-Friendly Theme
Decorations, costumes, and activities must be appropriate for children of all ages.
• No excessively scary, violent, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate content is allowed.
2. Candy and Giveaways
• Participants are expected to provide candy or other small treats for children.
• All items distributed must be sealed, store-bought, and safe for children.
• No homemade food items may be distributed.
3. Activities and Safety
• Vehicles must remain parked in designated areas for the duration of the event.
• Do not move vehicles until the event is officially concluded.
• Open flames, fireworks, or hazardous materials are not permitted.
4. Political, Religious, or Advocacy Materials
• To maintain a welcoming, family-focused atmosphere, political, religious, or
advocacy messaging is not permitted.
• This includes campaign materials, petitions, literature, fundraising, or promotion of
causes or organizations unrelated to the event.
• All decorations and handouts should focus on Halloween fun for kids and families.
5. Solicitation and Sales
• No sales of merchandise, services, or fundraising activities are permitted unless
expressly authorized in advance by the event organizer.
6. Respect and Conduct
• Al participants must treat others respectfully.
• No harassment, offensive language, or disruptive behavior will be tolerated.
7. Compliance
• Event staff reserve the right to ask any participant to remove inappropriate materials
or leave the event for failure to follow these rules.
Participation is a privilege, not a right, and rules will be enforced consistently for all
groups.
