Waters Of Justice - Global Week Of 24-7 Prayer

We’d love to gather the Church from across the North West of Ireland as we partner with 24-7 Prayer in the Global Week Of Prayer happening September 1st-7th.
Wouldn’t it be amazing to see a stream of unbroken, unified prayer rising up across Ireland, in every parish and county, 24 hours a day, for a full week! To participate, you can click the link below to sign up for an hour slot in our virtual prayer room. You can pray from anywhere, your home, at work, on a walk, in a special place - it’s totally up to you. You could even gather others from your faith tradition, organisation or church community to pray together. Why not have your church or prayer group sign up to cover a day or a block of time. We’d love to see as many people as possible engaging in prayer, across Derry and Donegal and beyond, from every stream, praying for the kingdom of Heaven to impact the streets, homes and lives of our people.

Then we’d love to invite people of faith from across the traditions in our city, the North West, and from as far as anyone might want to travel, to gather on Friday 5th September for a special evening of gathered prayer. Our friends at Cornerstone City Church have agreed to host us where we will be exhibiting a ‘Missional Fair’ showcasing the many incredible ways that the family of God is already at work releasing justice and fairness in our region, celebrating those who are championing the call of the gospel and highlighting the ways we can all get involved.
We’ll end the night with stories from across the faith traditions, sung worship and most importantly prayer for MORE; more inspiration, more creativity, more impact and more hope being made real in the lives of all those who call here, home.
We are confident that God has more to do in this beautiful place as He continues to rewrite our story and release justice and fairness in greater measure.
As 24-7 Prayer calls the nations to pray for this special week, we’d love to see our little corner respond by celebrating the stories of what God has already done, stirring vision for the future and releasing faith and courage for the more to come.
