Join us for a long weekend of music and history in Belgium! Based in the small town of Waterloo just south of Brussels, we’ll spend two days visiting the site and surroundings of the famous battle that changed the course of European history. We also invite you to join us for a very special concert of songs and ballads from the Napoleonic Wars, especially created for this weekend.PRICING

WHAT’S INCLUDED
– 3 nights bed and breakfast at the Hotel Waterloo
– Lunch (Friday & Saturday) and dinner (Thursday-Friday-Saturday)
– Group transport for all excursions.
– Guided tour of Waterloo Battlefield, including the Memorial Museum, the Panorama, the Lion’s Mound and Hougoumont Farm.
– Visit to Mont-Saint-Jean Farm, which was used as a hospital during the battle.
– Brewery tour of Brasserie Waterloo with tasting.
– Visit to Musée Wellington, a museum dedicated to the Iron Duke in the building which he requisitioned as his HQ during the battle.
– Concert performance of songs and ballads of the Napoleonic Wars from GreenMatthews.
– We’ll be joined for the trip by Napoleonic historian Marcus Cribb who’ll be leading the tours and will be on hand throughout to answer any questions you might have.
